Is the region ready for the role it carries?
Gothenburg is Scandinavia’s largest port and a hub in Sweden’s supply flows. In a grey zone — where society’s systems are disrupted without war having broken out — the region’s roads, railways and quays become part of total defence.
The seminar examines where the vulnerabilities lie, what investment is required and how responsibility is divided between civil and military needs. Five voices from politics, industry, the port, infrastructure and research meet in a forty-minute conversation.
